In this blog I share with you a guided meditation story entitled The Land of Happily Ever After. Included with this story is the script for the story and the recording of the story. There is also a detailed reflection on the lines from the riddle included in the story. At the end of the blog there is shared with you the answer to the riddle.
As a storyteller, writer, and editor of guided meditations it interests me that people search under the term “Is guided meditation good for beginners?” My first response to this is to ask what the searcher understands by the word “beginners.”
Let me say that meditation and guided meditation are not the same.
As a writer of guided meditation for inner peace scripts one of the techniques I use to inspire their creation are lines from favorite poems. One of the poets that I really am a fan off is the Irish poet W. B. Yeats. His poem The Lake Isle of Innisfree was my mother’s favorite poem. In this poem there is a phrase “and peace comes dropping slow.”
